Fantastic villa!

What can I say about this villa? It really is a home from home as others have said. Booking was easy and Bev was so helpful. We had a last minute break and after reading previous reviews we took on the challenge to find something missing , but we couldn’t . Everything you could possibly need is there. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy I didn’t want to get up in the morning. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and we all loved it. We hired a car at the airport so getting around was easy. Jo and Kevin who are nearby were really helpful when we had a query. We are already thinking about going back next year if we can!
My family and I stayed in the Three Palms Villa June 2023. The highest praise I can offer is that it was a home from home. From the first second of arrival, it felt as if we had come into a homely and comfortable space. Everything you need is catered for, from a huge variety of books (I even found an new interest in European affairs...who knew?), to cooler boxes for a picnic...all was provided. We had a competition to see if there was something not thought of...and we lost. In addition to the comfortable living accommodation, the pool area is lovely also. The pool is a real bonus and is even big enough to get some lengths in. It’s cleaned on a Tuesday and if the cover is put on when not in use, keeps lovely and warm (without being heated). We had never stayed in a villa previously, but we all agreed, with the privacy and freedom it offered to us as a family, it is the way forward for a family holiday. Playa Blanca is lovely, its a lot quieter than PDC for example, but we did pop over to PDC on occasion. For ease of getting around, a car would be beneficial as the walk to the main beach/strip is around 20 minutes. We did rent a car from Cabrera Medina (who I've found over recent times to be excellent) and found getting around Playa Blanca and over to PDC (and the new Penney’s/Primark in Arrecife) very easy. Lastly, thanks to the owner, Bev, on being always contactable. Providing everything needed to be completely stress free during your stay at Three Palms Villa...heartily recommended. ps...I worked from the villa for a few days also and had zero issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, so if you are a Digital Nomad looking for a serene base...this is one for your list.
We stayed here at the end of June 2022 and really loved the villa. The pool is lovely and such a lovely outdoor setting. The house has everything we needed and the air con was fab. Would definitely return and Bev was so helpful. She always answered any questions and provided recommendations too.
Once again 3 palms was a perfect holiday base ,it feels like home everything is there for your needs such a pity it’s booked up next year for our holiday dates ,But Playa Blanca is absolutely perfect for what we want so much so going again next year . Beverley was so helpful with everything and easy to understand.
I can’t thank Beverley enough and recommend her highly enough. We were due to travel to the villa on August 8th and then the U.K. declared the canaries unsafe to travel. Beverly not only went out of her way to speak to me on the phone but spent her morning trying to find a decent internet signal whilst on her own holidays in the U.K. to sort a new date for us next year. She has been so understanding and accommodating and we can’t wait to visit the villa in 2021. One very upsetting and stressful experience was turned into the most positive outcome - thankyou Beverly. Our 1st time away for Christmas, and chose the perfect villa. Was amazing to say the least. Everything we could have needed was there for us. Excellent location, excellent surroundings and excellent communication from the owner before hand. I cannot rate this place enough.

Beautiful Villa
The Villa was immaculately clean and in a great location. Bev booked us in at the very last minute and couldn’t have done more for us. 15 minute walk from all shops and restaurants and I would recommend to anyone.
Villa was ideal
Just back from Villa and was so happy with it we booked for same time next year , loved Playa Blanca ideal holiday for us as a family. Looking forward to next year all ready.

Excellent villa
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Great support from Beverley, Jo and Kevin from the initial booking to the final airport drop off. The accommodation has everything you need, very clean and it was very secure and private. We didn't hire a car but it is only a 20 min walk into the main promenade and taxis back to the villa are around 3 euros. It was a great touch that the simple items like salt, tea, coffee, soap and dish washer tablets etc were in the villa, we have stayed in others that are completely emptied each time someone leaves.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Lanzarote at the 3 Palms Villa. We were impressed by everything from the space for parking , cleanliness, bathrooms and most of all the pool area. We were even impressed by the lights around the pool at night!. The huge terrace was a lovely place to relax and eat meals out. You could not wish for more. The only downside was the distance from the promenade and restaurants but we drove down most days as there is a convenient car park at the back of the promenade.

Stayed for 7 nights, late arrival was not a problem. Welcome package on arrival of milk, wine & beer was very much appreciated! Villa has everything you need, plenty of plates, cutlery, utensils, even down to tin foil, cling film etc , & the BBQ which we used more than once was fantastic. We hired a car for the week (Autoreisen which are very cheap but excellent),we found this to be useful for going for provisions as would have been about 20-30mins walk to nearest supermarket, hard going in the heat if you’re not used to walking! Marina Rubicon has a market every Saturday & Wednesday which is worth a visit. Playa Flamingo not far from Villa, lots of rock pools, sandy beach Fantastic! Villa was a home from home with the added extra of the pool which we all enjoyed every day. Quiet and private just what you want when on holiday! (Occasional dog barking but that’s to be expected as in a residential area) Will definitely be booking again! Thanks for an amazing holiday 😊

The ultimate quite relaxing villa
On our recent holiday we stayed at the Three Palms Villa. The villa is very well equipped with everything you can think of, it is absolutely like others have said a real home from home. This was the perfect place for my wife and me to relax and unwind. We will be looking to return in the future. There is also a good level of privacy for around the pool area. Beverly the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we might have and Jo the lady that looks after the villa locally was also helpful. This villa should be renamed “A little bit of paradise”
Great Holiday
Stayed at Three Palms Villa the last 2 weeks and had an amazing holiday. Nice quiet location and great pool area for all the family. Bev always gets back to you whenever you have a question. Fantastic time and look forward to going back. Thanks for everything!
Another stay in paradise - 3rd Year Running
Have just returned from another stay at the 3 Palms Villa in Playa Blanca. This is the 3rd year in a row that my wife and I have stayed here and as ever we had a wonderful stay. What more can I say, the Villa is the pefect place for relaxation and privacy. It has everything you need and could want. Would highly recommend a stay at this villa to anyone. Thanks to the owner Bev for allowing us to stay again in her wonderful property.
Great villa
Comfortable villa with EVERYTHING you need, even a couple of fold up chairs for the beach. Lovely pool and if privacy is important to you then look no further. Highly recommended.
