 Bookings/Payment 

The minimum rental period is 7 nights, but bookings can be made for any length of time over 7 nights. There is no specific change-over day at Three Palms Villa and arrivals and departures can be on any day to suit you. Arrival at the villa is usually after 2pm and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure, although we will endeavour to accommodate requests for earlier arrival times/ later checkouts where possible but this would be dependent on other bookings.

To secure your booking a non refundable 25% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Where the arrival date is less than 8 weeks from the date of booking, payment in full is required.

The price shown includes all bed linen, bath, beach & hand towels, all utilities, WiFi, internet Tv and cleaning. Stays of more than 14 nights also include a mid stay bed linen and towel change. 

Discounts

Discounts may be available on bookings for 2 people or less and also for late availability.

Optional Extras

Pool heating is optional and is available at £70 per week, this can be added to the booking at a later date if required. There is air-conditioning and heating available at the villa, this is operated by a coin meter (accepts 1 and 2 euro coins), to encourage responsible usage. The air con units have a sleep mode for nighttime use and left on overnight in the bedroom only costs around 1.5 euros per night.
Cot and highchair provided free of charge on request.
