Three Palms Villa Details
- Three Palms Villa is completely private with an enclosed and gated garden and terrace area with private swimming pool. It is not overlooked by other villas or passers by. The villa has a large private electrically heated swimming pool to the rear (approx 7m x 4m) accessed by large Roman steps for ease of access. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace which includes a covered al fresco dining area, large bbq, sunbathing patio with sunbeds and garden that includes among other plants its own 3 mature palm trees. The villa also benefits from its own outdoor games room with a pool table, dartboard and soft archery.
The lounge has a 4 seater and 3 seater leather sofa, fast fibre optic broadband, and smart tv with a large range of U.K. and international channels. It has 3 bedrooms with shutters (1 super king size, 1 king size and 1 single bed with the option to add a z bed/ camp bed for 6th person). Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with bath as well as shower, the other with a walk in shower and bidet), separate dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer and everything else you need to self cater. Three Palms also had its own children’s playroom full of toys for children to enjoy. The playroom opens out onto the patio area enabling parents to relax whilst children are still in full view. There is also a large selection of books and board games for older children and adults. A covered Solana area (utility room) with washing machine, ironing board etc, a wide selection of pool inflatables are also stored here for guests to use and enjoy. All towels including pool towels are included. The villa has a safe and is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm system. The driveway has ample parking space for 2 cars. We do have a strict non smoking policy inside the villa but smoking is permitted outside and ash trays are provided. Air conditioning/heating is available. Pool towels, hairdryer, travel cot & high chair provided.
