Three Palms Villa provides spacious accommodations for up to six guests, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample communal spaces.

• Master Bedroom: Super king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, wardrobe, and air conditioning

• Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, wardrobe, easy access to shared bathroom.  Air conditioning from January 2025

• Third Bedroom: From January 2025, single bed with pull out option to convert into double or twin, wardrobe and air conditioning.  To December 2024 single bed with the option to add a Z-bed for an additional guest, wardrobe.

 

Bathrooms

• En-Suite Bathroom (Master Bedroom): Features a bathtub and shower, perfect for unwinding.

• Shared Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower, bidet, and high-quality fixtures for guest comfort.

The villa’s outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment, with features that make it easy to spend entire days enjoying the sun and Lanzarote’s warm climate.

• Private Heated Pool: Large pool (approx. 7m x 4m) with Roman steps for easy access. The pool can be heated year-round (£10 extra per night), making it comfortable for swimming in any season.

• Spacious Terrace & Sunbathing Area: Surrounding the pool is a terrace complete with sunbeds, a BBQ, and covered al fresco dining area, perfect for family meals or evening gatherings.

• Tropical Garden: Enjoy the tranquil setting with a garden of mature palm trees and local plants, creating a private oasis.

• Games Area: A private games area for all ages, featuring a pool table, dartboard, and soft archery set.

• Covered Utility Area (Solana): Includes a washing machine, ironing board, and a selection of pool inflatables for guest use.

• Linens & Towels: All towels, including pool towels, and bed linens are provided for guest convenience. (Stay of 10 nights or more, will have a mid-stay linen change)

• Safety & Security: The villa is equipped with a Verisure intruder alarm system and a built in safe for valuables, providing peace of mind during your stay.

• Ample Parking: Offroad parking with parking space for up to two cars.
