• Welcome to Three Palms Villa a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated in the peaceful, relaxing area of Costa Papagayo in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Three Palms Villa is VV registered meaning it is licensed to let out as a holiday home by the Canarian Government.

Three Palms Villa is totally private and not overlooked from any aspect. It has its own large private pool 7m x 4m, with Roman steps (electric pool heating on request), large patio area with sunbeds, covered dining area and a new recently added outdoor games room with a full size pool table, dartboard and soft archery set. There is also a large BBQ and garden area. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, fibre optic broadband and smart tv with a full IPTV package including U.K. and international channels. Three Palms Villa has a large lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and even has its own separate children’s playroom.

There are 3 double bedrooms (1 king size bed, 1 large double bed, 1 single bed with the option to add a fold up bed for 6th person (child) if required). There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with bath/shower, toilet, sink and the other with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. 

Located just a 15-20 minute stroll or a few minutes drive to the centre of Playa Blanca, with its fabulous seafront restaurants, bars, shops and the beautiful Dorada Beach. A five minute drive will also take you to the Marina Rubicon and a little further on to the fabulous Papagayo beaches. 

Ideal for families or couples. Sleeps 6 (6th bed is a fold up bed suitable for a child),  travel cot and highchair available free of charge on request.
